Beirut International Tango Festival

The Beirut International Tango Festival (BITF) is back again with an exciting and explosive 8th edition that will have a pure Argentinian Tango flavor.

Held under the Patronage of the Ministry of Tourism, the 8th edition will attract world-renowned tango maestros, artists and teachers. BITF is honored to welcome, for the first time in the Middle East, Sebastian Arce and Mariana Montes, along with Neri Piliu and Yanina Quinones, who will set the dance floor on fire with their amazing skills and talents! Dancers and enthusiasts from all over the globe will attend to enjoy an out-of-this-world experience.

Launched in 2009 by Mazen Kiwan and a passionate team, BITF is the Middle East’s first and foremost tango festival. With its 7 previous editions that have achieved great success, BITF is placing Beirut firmly on the international tango scene as a global tango destination, alongside cities like Buenos Aires, Istanbul, Athens, Rome and Paris.

The stellar line-up for this year includes a series of world-class tango events, including workshops and milongas that will feature the two legendary dance couple, Sebastian Arce and Mariana Montes and Neri Piliu and Yanina Quinones, to celebrate the liberating, emotional and elegant art of tango:
