Roma Capoccia Tango Marathon

BACKGROUND
Paolo, Mauro, Bobo and Antonio (yes, still the four of us) are happy to announce a new adventure. We can not do "La Latina" (at least) in 2017 as it requires an effort we can not afford this year for our work duties. We decided then to organize a smaller event (160 persons) for the New Eve Party, 30/12/2017 till 01/01/2018.
Its gonna be a residential marathon (no external participants not having the full package with sleeping), based only on couple registrations, in the city centre, close to the Vatican, in a 4* hotel recently completely renewed, Hotel Cicerone.
From the marathon venue you will be able to walk in 10 to 15 minutes to all major Rome cultural places.
We decided to call it "Roma Capoccia" , a slang translation of "Roma Caput Mundi".
Its gonna be a classical tango marathon, we want to come back to the roots of such event, focussing on the music and on the dancing.

PROGRAM
The marathon will start on Saturday 30/12/2017 at 4 PM and will end on Monday 01/01/2018 at 7 PM.
As by La Latina "standard", we gonna have night and afternoon snacks and fruits, water and tea will be always available during the event.

The marathon has 4 DJ's (there will be a stop of the music during dinner time):

The city tax (6 € per person per day) shall be paid at arrival to the hotel concierge. Extra drink can be purchased leaving a credit card at check in to the hotel. Event price is for DOUBLE ROOM, as single participant contribution. Single rooms are NOT available, sorry.

Non possiamo (almeno questo anno) rifare "La Latina" perché la sua organizzazione richiede un grandissimo sforzo che nel 2017, per colpa del nostro lavoro, non possiamo fare. Abbiamo allora deciso di organizzare un evento più piccolo (160 persone) per il Capodanno 2017/2018, che inizierà 30/12/2017 per finire il 01/01/2018. Sarà una maratona residenziale (non sarà possibile parteciparvi come esterni, senza dormire), basata su una registrazione a coppie, in centrò citta a Roma, vicino al vaticano, in un hotel a 4* recentemente completamente rinnovato, Hotel Cicerone. Dalla maratona in 10-15 minuti a piedi potrete raggiungere tutti i principali luoghi culturali.
Sarà una maratona di tango classica, vogliamo tornare alle radici di questo evento, mettendo al centro la musica e il ballo.

PROGRAMMA
La maratona partirà Sabato 30/12/2017 alle 4 PM e finirà con la pomeridiana Lunedi 01/01/2018 alle 7 PM.
Come per nostro "standard" de La Latina, avremo degli snack pomeridiani e notturni e frutta, acqua e tisane sempre disponibili durante tutto l'evento.

La Tassa di soggiorno della città di Roma (6€) dovrà essere pagata al vostro arrivo direttamente all'Hotel. Eventuali drink extra presi al Bar potranno essere presi solo segnando alla vostra camera e lasciando preventivamente gli estremi della Carta Di Credito al check in Hotel. Il prezzo sovra esposto è per una camera doppia, come contributo singolo. Ci dispiace, ma non saranno disponibili le stanza singole.
