A Tango & Yoga Retreat with a difference! Join Jane Dominey & Maya Grego to make-over your mind, body and dance in an intensive weekend of women’s tango adornos, make-up, tango fashion and yoga.
This weekend is all about YOU! We’ll be working intensively on:
Tango Technique – walk, style and women’s adornos
Yoga – for improving your flexibility and balance
Meditation – Relax and connect with your heart
Make-Up – Get a new look for the Milongas
Hair Up – Learn how to be playful with your hair up
Dress Up – Discover which colours and cuts compliment your shape
Beauty Inside-Out – Nutrition for gorgeous glowing skin!
Relaxing Spa – Massage and Spa Circuit
