Korektivno vježbanje u centru Zagreba, Stretch-tango  u centru Zagreba

Utorak i četvrtak 09:00- 10:00. Prirodni intezitet. Započni jutro s osmijehom. Održavanje u Ante Kovačića 4. Kreće u listopadu.
Utorak i četvrtak Utorak i četvrtak 16:30 - 17:30. Poluprivatni termin. Njaviše tri osobe. Održavanja kod Kvaternikovog trga.  

Uz Stretch-tango do povećanje snage, fleksibilnosti mišića i amplitude pokreta uz poboljšanje koordinacije pokreta.  

 

Kome je namijenjen?


Kombinacija vježbi namijenjena je onima koji se bave pokretom, a žele osvijestiti ili poboljšati svoje kretnje (ples, sport ....), ali i osobama koje ples i sport u nijednom obliku ne zanimaju.
Vježbama osvještavamo kako se tijelo kreće i što mu je potrebno za optimalan rad. Radimo na stavljanju mišića u funkciju, potrebnih za kretnje.

Institut argentinskog tanga LiberTango

Jelena Somogyi and Mario Medvedec tango are professional tango argentino dancers, performers, innovators of special tango argentino cultural and artistic programmes / events, maestros and TDJ. They run weekly group classes, monthly specialised workshops, private classes, give performances, travel for teaching and more. They are innovator of dance communication programs for improving life and tango skills (PokreTTAngo, TangoZavrk and ...) with ability to adapt the idea on innovation way so that students can understand and apply the material in any segment.
