Description
Over 16 hours of pure tango technique and sessions of yoga specifically for dancers. We have designed this unique program to make a true transformation in your dance, your wellness and your life! Our holistic approach, 1-1 advice and hands on corrections by world class teachers will help you break through to the next level by increasing your flexibility, perfecting your women’s technique, connecting with musicality and building your self confidence.
We’ll work in a small group to make sure that you get the personal attention that you deserve and to create an intimate and supportive vibe where you can practice as much as you need and ask all the questions you want without any rush or embarrassment.
In our yoga sessions, you'll focus on balance, posture, dissociation, floor connection, energy, how to take care of your tango feet, opening your heart center to connect with your partner and much more!
You'll also enjoy our energetic nutrition workshop, meditation sessions and 5***** spa and massage and meals with Roxana and Jane where you'll get to chat with them personally.
Only 12 women can join this retreat! So it's an exclusive event, where you'll get to the know the teachers, get all the personal attention you deserve and make a breakthrough in your dance!!
