To TIE Tango Marathon

Dear Member, the Athletic non-professional Association Danzen promote TO TIE Tango Marathon, Second Edition.
Cari Soci, l'Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Danzen promuove TO TIE Maratona di Tango, Seconda Edizione.

ITALIAN BELOW
The most intense and exciting tango marathon that you have ever experienced is at its second edition:
from 10th to 12th November 2017 in the autumn of Torino, at the Fortino ASD, Strada del Fortino 20.

Start: Friday 10th November 2017 at 6pm
End: Sunday 12th November 2917 at 7pm

5 Tdjs will accompany the marathon runner in this new intensive experience:
Vaghestelle TJ Marco Cabrino (Casale Monferrato)
Claudio Coppola (Paris)
Melissa Caflisch (Zurich)
Chiara Malena (Rome)
Sergio Piscitello (Palermo)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The membership fee for the participation is €80 and it will be used to guarantee to the member the dancing and the refreshment (drinks and snacks).
The membership fee does not include accommodation, travel expenses or meals.
We will provide you details on restaurants, accommodations and special agreements with local facilities.

Please note:
For organisational reasons the membership fee is not refundable.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us immediately so that the ToTIE Team can evaluate your case. No requests will be considered after 30.09.2017.

AFTER MARATHON:
The after marathon will be held at the Fortino ASD from 9:30pm and will be open to all member and also non-ToTie participants subject to a social contribution.

La maratona di tango più intensa ed emozionante che abbiate mai vissuto è alla sua seconda edizione:
dal 10 al 12 novembre 2017 nella Torino autunnale, presso il Fortino ASD in strada del Fortino 20.

Inizio: Venerdì 10 novembre 2017 ore 18.00
Fine: Domenica 12 novembre 2017 ore 19.00.

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI:
Il contributo associativo di partecipazione è di 80€ e verrà utilizzato per garantire agli associati le ore di ballo e il refreshment (bevande e snacks).
Il contributo associativo non include alloggio, spese di viaggio e pasti.
Sarà nostra cura fornirvi indicazioni su ristoranti, sistemazioni per il soggiorno e convenzioni.

Attenzione:
Per ragioni organizzative il contributo associativo versato non potrà in nessun modo essere restituito.
In caso di impedimenti a partecipare, vi invitiamo a contattarci tempestivamente per valutare il singolo caso che sarà preso in esame e gestito dal Team To Tie, in ogni caso nessuna richiesta potrà essere considerata oltre il 30.09.2017.

AFTER PARTY:
Presso il Fortino ASD a partire dalle ore 21.30 si svolgerà l’after party: la serata sarà aperta a tutti i soci (anche a chi non avrà preso parte alla maratona) e prevederà un contributo sociale.
