Osteopathic body preparation for tangueros with Eleonora
We are going to feel and recognize us bearing in mind the tensions appear and the unheard messages.
We'll see how much and in which way the connection with ourselves and with others will change through the body work.
We need to be one and entirely integrated to let our body dance, to let us dance.

Tango: Concionsness and Connection with Carolina Udoviko and Stefania
We will search for all the virtues of the body, by crossing the consciousness of an unique body.
The goal is appreciate, enrich and coordinate body movement for those who follow, accepting the directions of whom leads in a pleasant way.

Ballet: Movements related to tango with Adila
We will work on classical ballet excercises to improve the flexibility, agility and directions of your legs to prepare your body for tango.

Tango: Special Elements of Tango and Adornments/embellishments with Cecilia and Marina
From neutral movements we will use adornos for interpretation, perception and intention, it is a basic movement work to create an expressive and beautiful dance.
