Description
Početak nove grupe korektivno vježbanje 50+ i 50- od pet osoba, 16. lipnja u utorak. Teremini grupe utorak i petak 10:00-10:45. Održavanje u centru grada Zagreb na otvorenom i na zatvorenom po dogovoru.
Večernji termini utorak i petak 20:00 - 20:45, napredni program.
Korisničke članarine Stretch – tango:
1x tjedno 150HRK
2x tjedno 200HRK
Kome je namijenjen?
Kombinacija vježbi namijenjena je onima koji se bave pokretom, a žele osvijestiti ili poboljšati svoje kretnje (ples, sport ....), ali i osobama koje ples i sport u nijednom obliku ne zanimaju.
Vježbama osvještavamo kako se tijelo kreće i što mu je potrebno za optimalan rad. Radimo na stavljanju mišića u funkciju, potrebnih za kretnje.

The start of the new group corrective exercise 50+ and 50- 16. Tuesday, June 16, 2015. Tuesday and Friday 10:00-10:45. Maintenance in the center of Zagreb outdoors and indoors by arrangement.

Stretch-tango user membership fees:

The combination of exercises is intended for those who are engaged in movement, who want to regain consciousness or improve their movements (dance, sport ....), but also people who do not care about dance and sport in any form.
With exercises, we are aware of how the body moves and what it needs for optimal operation.
