EVENT ORGANISER

Nathalie Rodriguez

My journey with tango began in the 2000s. Throughout my tango adventure, I’ve had the privilege of learning from internationally renowned maestros, such as El Chino Perico, Marta & Chiche, Elba & Nito, Lorena Ermocida, Jimena Hoeffner & Fernando Carrasco (three-time metropolitan champions in 2013), Cristina Sosa & Daniel Nacucchio (world champions in 2008), Vanessa Vilalba & Facundo Piñero, Horacio Godoy, and Ignacio Varchausky. In 2011, I co-founded Tanguito in London, a tango school that quickly gained a reputation for its solid teaching methods and warm, welcoming atmosphere. In 2018, I moved to Buenos Aires to deepen my training. After years of travel, I’m now back in my hometown of Lyon, France. There, I teach with Diego Riemer ‘el Pajaro’ and I am part of the organising committee of Tango de Soie, one of France’s largest tango schools. I also organise annual tango holidays to Buenos Aires.
