Workshop theme for this weekend is: 'Beautiful feet'
Learn how efficient posture & movement can lead to the grounded basis we need for beautiful free leg movements both lead and adorned. The first part of this workshop will look at how you can move your body is an efficient way giving greater balance, poise, elgance and giving freedom to the free leg at the same time. The second aprt of the work will give some basic techniques to beautiful feet and lots of lovely movements you can practice as adornments and lead movements in your dancing.
